Notices we receive via plain-text email have a much faster turnaround than PDF attachments or physical mail. DMCA Counter Notice

If you believe your content on authoritybooklaunch.com was mistakenly disabled by a DMCA takedown request, you have the right to contest the takedown by submitting a counter notice. Before you begin, please ensure that you can answer the requirements for DMCA counter notifications.​You may also submit a counter notice by e-mail or physical mail, as set forth above.

Repeat Infringer Policy

‍Authority Book Launch, LLC maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at its sole discretion, users or account holders who are deemed to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights. The Company may also limit access to the Website and Services and/or terminate accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.

No Independent Investigation or Legal Determination

Authority Book Launch, LLC does not make legal determinations regarding the validity of copyright claims or counterclaims. Our role is limited to processing notifications that substantially comply with the requirements of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. We do not independently verify the ownership of copyrighted materials or adjudicate disputes between parties.All parties acknowledge that submission of a notice or counter-notice is a legal action and that the ultimate determination of rights rests with the parties involved and, if necessary, a court of competent jurisdiction.

Reservation of Rights

Authority Book Launch, LLC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to: Remove or disable access to any content alleged to be infringing; Decline to act on any notice that does not comply with applicable legal requirements; Take any action it deems appropriate to protect its legal rights or the rights of others; Preserve records of notices, counter-notices, and related communications for legal and compliance purposes. Nothing in this policy shall be construed as limiting the Company’s ability to pursue any remedies available under applicable law.

Good Faith and Misrepresentation Warning

‍You acknowledge that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing, or that material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be subject to liability.Authority Book Launch, LLC reserves the right to pursue damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees, against any party that submits a notice or counter-notice in bad faith or with material misrepresentation.

Jurisdiction and Legal Compliance

You acknowledge and agree that any DMCA notice or counter-notice submitted to Authority Book Launch, LLC must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the requirements set forth in 17 U.S.C. § 512.By submitting a counter-notice, you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, the jurisdiction of the appropriate United States District Court, and you agree to accept service of process from the party who submitted the original DMCA notice or their agent.

Third-Party Content Disclaimer

Authority Book Launch, LLC may host, display, or facilitate access to content provided by users, clients, or third parties. The Company does not claim ownership of such content and does not control or monitor all content submitted to or displayed on its platform.You acknowledge that the Company shall not be liable for any user-generated or third-party content and that any claims related to such content must be directed to the party responsible for its creation or submission.

Content Restoration Timing Clarification

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, Authority Book Launch, LLC will follow the procedures outlined in the DMCA, including restoring the removed content within the time period prescribed by law, unless we receive notice from the original complaining party that they have filed an action seeking a court order to restrain the alleged infringing activity.
